We're really excited to have been appointed by the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, to lead and deliver web transformation and digital enablement for the organisation.
We were part of a multi-agency selection process that began in spring 2021, concluding with a competitive pitch.
The CIPD evaluated potential partners on experience working with membership organisations, as well as credentials in website and digital experience, digital marketing competencies, strategic thinking, capabilities surrounding data and insight and use of technology.
We were praised for immersing our teams at each stage of the process and were awarded for our impressive discovery and UX capabilities, delivery process and our clear passion for creating unrivalled digital experiences.

We'll be kicking off the discovery phase this month and running over the next 12 weeks, followed by the full website delivery in 2022.
